Boutiqart Younique Mela 2023 @ ICCR was inaugurated on the 28th of April by the eminent writer Mr. Sirshendu Bandopadhyay, Mr. D. Mitra, Jt. Director of MSME, Mrs. Minakshi Mishra, Director of ICCR, Mr. Debasish Sensharma, and Mr. Anil Singh of DIC Kolkata at 4 pm with the lyrical introduction by Mr. Ganesh Bhattacharya, the Kobigan Performer, and social activist. The event was hosted by the prolific Tv & Radio presenter, Mr. Saugata Chatterjee. All the noted dignitaries lauded the initiative to bring the unrecognized Artists, Artisans, Craftsmen, Weavers, Boutiques, and Creative Entrepreneurs to the limelight both in the physical and digital arena for art lovers, connoisseurs, and B2B sellers for a creative commerce network. Mr. Pratayay Sur & Sreeja Ghosh Sur, the directors of Idearcade Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and the founders of Boutiqart elucidated the vision behind the Boutiqart Creative individual and enterprise listing, Boutiqart.com portal listing for B2B2C custom and bulk listing.

There was a session by MSME Ministry Department led by Mr. D Mitra, Mr. Sitanath Mukherjee & Mr. S.K Mandal for addressing the participating artists, artisans, boutiques and creative entrepreneurs to get registered under MSME schemes under the Government of India with ZED Scheme, GEM Registration, Branding through Trade Mark, Export & Import, Participation in exhibition abroad, and several schemes, training, and benefits which is available for creative entrepreneurs and professionals.
